Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Since we strive for fast fulfillment from our LA warehouse, please email support@dsueoos.com immediately if you need to make changes.

Where do you ship from and how long is delivery? All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.

- Shipping Time: 3–7 business days via standard shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
- FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $49.99.
- For orders under $49.99, a flat rate of $8.99 applies.
How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier’s portal to monitor your delivery.
Will I have to pay customs duties? For our U.S. customers, NO. Since we ship domestically from Los Angeles, there are no import duties or customs delays.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How do I start a return? Please contact us at support@dsueoos.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can then ship the item back to our Los Angeles warehouse.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Are your sunglasses polarized and UV protected? Yes! All Dsueoos sunglasses feature 100% UV400 protection and high-definition polarized lenses to eliminate glare and ensure maximum eye safety.
What materials are your frames made of? We use premium, lightweight materials such as TR90, Acetate, and Stainless Steel. Our frames are designed to be hypoallergenic, durable, and comfortable for all-day wear.
Can I put prescription lenses in your frames? Most of our frames are "RX-able," meaning they are designed to be compatible with prescription lenses. We recommend taking them to your local optician for lens installation.
